Matthew Wilson is the Co-Founder & COO of Boosey Wilson Group, leading the operations side of the company.  Matthew began his career in the commercial real estate development and investment industry.  During the last two decades, he has worked with clients to successfully complete more than $200 million in real estate transactions. He has also started and operated several entrepreneurial ventures.  

 
 

Drawing on this professional experience, for the last 15 years, Matthew has served as a faculty member of the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee within the nationally-recognized Entrepreneurship program.  In addition, he regularly speaks and conducts workshops for legal and corporate audiences on the topic of improving ways organizations can better support innovation and entrepreneurship.  Through his work, he has become a thought leader on how organizations can think more entrepreneurially while developing the required culture to support new, innovative strategies.  

Matthew holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey School of Business.  He has also pursued additional studies at New York University.  

In addition to his successful business career, Matthew is very active in the Nashville community with organizations such as Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity, Young Leaders Council, Junior Achievement, Monroe Carell Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, and Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center as well as the Downtown Nashville Rotary.  He has been recognized for his work in both the non-profit and business community with multiple awards and accomplishments.

Matthew resides in Nashville with his wife, Tara and daughter, Kennedy.  On evenings and weekends that he’s not with his family, he’s working out or training for his next marathon.
