Lauren joins Boosey Wilson Group after spending six years with one of the nation's largest legal recruiting companies.  Lauren built her successful recruiting career in Washington, DC.  She relocated to the North Carolina area where her focus grew to include VA and Raleigh, NC along with the DC market. Lauren found success working in both a major market and regional markets servicing law firms and corporations. 

Lauren has received recognition as a top recruiter for multiple years. She was selected for a prestigious sales training, served on multiple committees, was subject matter expert during the company’s transition to a new database, trained new recruiters, and trained her peers on best practices.

Lauren has a passion for finding creative solutions to find her candidates’ positions and fill open positions for her clients. She leaves no stone unturned and digs deeper to really get to know both the client and the candidate’s needs. She is technically savvy, has the ability to juggle many priorities, and enjoys problem solving. 

Lauren has a Bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Graphic Design. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, Jake and two kids, Colter and Saylor. When not working, she spends her days chasing toddlers, reading books, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, and serving at her local church.
